General Questions

Does CarStocx own the cars I see online or are they owned by other individuals and dealers?

CarStocx owns every car we sell, and unless otherwise noted, all the cars on our website are physically located at one of our CarStocx stores.

How do you choose the cars that you sell?

We dig deep into every car's history to rule out any car with flood damage, frame damage, or salvage history. Any car that can't meet our Clean Title Guarantee gets sold at auction — not to you. Cars must also pass a 125+ point inspection and undergo a detailed reconditioning to be sold at CarStocx.

What does it mean that all CarStocx cars are CarStocx Quality Certified?

Every car we sell is CarStocx Certified, which means no flood or frame damage, and no salvage history. In addition, it means a car has passed our 125+ point inspection and undergone a detailed reconditioning process.

Does CarStocx fix unrepaired safety recalls?

There are several reasons for this, but at the core is the fact that the current recall system is based on the manufacturer's relationship with its dealers, repair facilities, and registered vehicle owners, and not with independent dealers, like CarStocx.

If I find a car I like online, can I see it in person before I make a decision?

Yes. You deserve to have total confidence in your decision before you purchase a car. Unless otherwise noted, every car you see online is located at a CarStocx store and can be seen in person and test driven prior to buying.
